Introducing Linda McDougall

My name is Linda McDougall and I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College where I earned my certification as an ABC Certified Dog Trainer. Animal Behavior College (ABC) is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education and is an internationally recognized school. My year long commitment to this program has provided me with a formal education in canine obedience training and understanding behavior and its motives. My certification, education and experience provide me the skills required to effectively and humanely train your dog while keeping alive the spark that makes your dog so special to you.

I have my ABC Dog Trainer Certification, I have my Animal First Aid Certification, as well as my Standard First Aid.

I have completed My Pet First Aid Instructor Course and I am waiting to demonstrate my class room teaching of Pet First Aid with an evaluator. I am presently working on a course for Training Shelter Dogs, through ABC.

I am proud and excited. knowing the knowledge and experience I have gained, will be a huge asset in teaching you to train your puppy or dog basic obedience. While concentrating on Humane methods of training, you will help your puppy/dog to become confident, well mannered,and a loved member of the family.

In Class of Elite Dogs, I offer One-On-One Puppy and Adult Dog Training. I Also offer home visit service, please see Training Services for more information.

I see a definate need for people with their busy schedules to have more flexibility in choosing training times for their puppy/dog, and I would like to provide that service. As well as private One-On-One lessons, I will come to you. We will train in or near your home. If the weather is not cooperating we can train in your home, garage, etc. as long as there is enough room.

My mission is to share knowledge, to help others understand the human and canine relationship. Stressing the importance of Humane Treatment of All Animals at all Times. Dogs and all animals are my passion, I want to make a difference by encouraging others to see the importance of humane training and humane treatment of all animals.

I want to pass this knowledge on to as many concerned animal lovers as I can, in turn hoping they will do their part in advocating humane treatment of all animals to others.

I want to share my knowledge and train pet owners how to provide Pet First Aid. This course provides valuable information that will teach you what to do to help your pet if he/she needs minor first aid, or your pet is in an emergency situation.

This is my goal.
